Will this work with my MB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131028)?

Has the same pins and type ect but I am not too knowledgeable about SLI. Wouldn't mind getting new memory. Currently have (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145034).

Hey Alice, You can use that memory just fine. From what I recall on SLi ready stuff is that it will work well with Sli setups but also works just fine on non sli setups. I use SLi ready everything almost in my new rig and things still fly.

Now, Your board will support up to 8 gigs of ram so you can prob leave th e2 gigs you have and add the 4 gigs and should have little problems( unless the ram just doesn't like working well with each other) But,  if you do not have Vista 64 bit then you will not be able to utilise more then 3.5 gigs( I think maybe 3 gigs) of that memory with the 32 bit systems like xp, or vista 32.

All the SLI-Ready edition means is that SLI-branded motherboards sponsored by nvidia or whatever can take advantage of a 5 percent speed increase/overclock. I have it on mine, and it doesnt mean that it wont work on "non SLI-ready" motherboards. And with the Vista 64 thing, it will only utilize 3.7 gigs of it, but .3 isn't necessarily a huge loss if you're considering a purchase.

Just a reminder that only a 64bit OS' will see all that 4gb of ram.  You can make 32bit OS see up to 3.5 gb of ram with a switch in the start up.

But given that RAM is so darn cheap it might not be that big of a deal.
