Well, I just bought this Monitor trying to hook it up to my PS3 with an HDMI to DVI cable but I couldn't make it work, it still works perfectly on a computer and there is only one dead pixel.  Since I am unable to get a refund on the monitor, I was hoping I could find someone here to buy it.  It is still in new condition, just with a few smudges (easiy fixed) from trying to set it up.

Currently I have the monitor attached to my computer as it is somewhat of an upgrade, but I would much rather sell it for my money back if I can, I will pack it back up the moment someone tells me they want it and want me to.

Don't think I've seen "Glare" used as a marketing term before.

How much are you wanting to sell it for?

A bit rich for my blood, sorry.  Wonder why it didn't work with your PS3.  Have you tried component cables (just for testing)?

don't have a way to use component cables to that monitor, im going to test the system on some monitors at best buy tommorow, to see if i have a hardware problem on that end.
they dont make monitors much cheaper then 200 but I could come down a little if i have to

well, I found out for sure today that the problem was on the monitors end, I figure either this particular one has an HDCP support problem, or it doesn't perform as advertised, I'm going to try returning it, and, failing that, I could come down a little more, especially because I noticed, or more specificly it was pointed out to me, that there is a single dead pixel, center of the bottom right quarter. but if you want it cheaper, your going to have to use those bargaining skills.

I've heard mention of a way to fix dead pixels, anyone know about that?

There is technciall not an easy way to fix dead pixles without replacing the screen.  At least that is what I learned on my wife's PSP.

Dead pixels are the reason LCD screens cost so much, from my understanding.  You can't just fix them -- you need to replace the whole screen.

Sure ya can, just get someone who can control and repair technology with their mind.
